By accessing or using Lion Pride War ("the Site"), operated by Lion Pride War Studios Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be 19 years of age or older to access this platform.

Lion Pride War is a free-to-play social casino website. All games use a virtual currency called "Sunstones." Sunstones are provided at no charge, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency, prizes, goods, or services of any kind. This is NOT a real-money gambling site.
3. Virtual Currency
- Sunstones are granted free of charge upon visiting the Site.
- Sunstones cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or redeemed.
- Sunstone balances may be reset at any time (e.g. on page refresh) and carry no entitlement.
- We reserve the right to modify Sunstone mechanics, values, or availability without notice.
4. Acceptable Use

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with the Site's code or game mechanics.

- Misrepresent your age or identity.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, character designs (including Khari), game mechanics, audio, and code — is the intellectual property of Lion Pride War Studios Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Game outcomes are determined by random-number generation and are for entertainment only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion Pride War Studios Inc. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Since all content is free and no financial transactions take place, any monetary claim is expressly excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lion Pride War Studios Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
